Regular Classes

Workshops

As an extra treat for your employees or a team building event — you can book an intense workshop. The topics: A) joint related workshop such as shoulders or hips workshop, B) posture analysis, C) habitual training & mindfulness.

Duration of a workshop: 2 hours

Costs: 400 € incl. VAT

Facilitation

With a background of facilitation in previous consulting work, you can book Lénok as an additional facilitator for your company’s retreat, conference or other event. Lénok works with the concept of Theory-U by Otto Schramer in addition to her yoga teaching skills.

Costs: vary upon request & duration of the event.
