1.GENERAL

1.1 The use of personal data by Lénok Concept with its headquarters in Vienna is subject to the applicable legal regulations as well as the consent given by the user to the use of his data.

1.2 Lénok Concept, various services in the field of sports and leisure activities and products (collectively the "Sports Offer") can be booked, reserved or purchased. Lénok Concept sells and distributes the sports products itself. The subject of the contract is the use of the services of Lénok Concept. The use of the services (hereinafter "the service") of Lénok Concept is made by users (hereinafter "the user").

1.3 Lénok Concept is aware that the protection and careful handling of users' personal data is very important. As Lénok Concpt attaches great importance to data protection, Lénok Concept strictly adheres to the legal regulations applicable in Austria (DSGVO, TKG) when using this data.

1.4 The user is encouraged to visit the General Terms and Conditions of Lénok Concept, regarding the subject matter of the contract, the obligations of the user, limitations of liability and many other important information on the website of Lénok Concept under the domain lenokconcept.com/imprint.

2. SURVEY DATA

2.1 Lénok Concept collects and stores any information that the user provides on the Eversports platform (hereinafter "Eversports") and that is transmitted to Concept in the course of an online booking or that the user provides to Lénok Concept in any other way, for example on site.

Lénok Yoga uses the personal data of the user as far as permitted by law and otherwise only with the consent of the user. Insofar as consent is given electronically in the context of an online booking via Eversports, Eversports shall comply with the legal obligations to provide information and shall record this consent using suitable technical systems.

2.2 Lénok Concept uses the following personal data of the user: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, residence or company headquarters (for corporate clients), booking data, medical certificate of ability to participate in prenatal yoga classes.

3. USE OF DATA FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES

3.1 We process your data within the framework of the fulfilment of the contract for the following purposes:

a) To carry out reservations and storage of open. products.

b) To issue invoices.

c) To create the booking history.

d) To ensure possible participation in prenatal courses.

e) To send the newsletter.

f) To manage the cash register.

3.2 You can appeal against this data processing. If you do so, we will no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purposes. Please note that Lénok Concept services can no longer be used in the event of a revocation and that the Lénok Concept profile must be deleted. 3.3 If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we process your data for the purpose of sending our newsletter. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time directly via a link in the newsletter e-mails or by sending an e-mail to: contact@lenokconcept.com

 3.4 We store your data for the duration of the contractual relationship. By default, Lénok Concept Profiles including the profile data provided by the user will be deleted 10 years after the last booking in case of inactivity or without a valid product (e.g.: block of 10, subscription, etc). Data that is on an invoice or necessary for invoicing will be kept longer due to the legal retention period. After the retention period has expired, this data is also deleted.

4. DATA SECURITY

4.1 For reasons of data security, personal data is stored in a closed system (Eversports) and protected with a password.

4.2 Eversports is a commissioned data processor of Lénok Concept and has taken appropriate measures to ensure data security (see: https://www.eversports.at/h/security).

4.3 If Lénok Concept becomes aware that user data has been used systematically and seriously unlawfully and that the user may suffer damage as a result, Lénok Concept will inform the user immediately.

4.4 The Lénok Concept website contains links to other services or websites. Lénok Concept is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or procedures of other websites. If the user follows the link to another website, the user is solely responsible for familiarizing himself/herself with the privacy policy of that other website. Lénok Concept's privacy policy is limited to information processed by Lénok Concept.

4.5 Lénok Concepts uses contractors other than Eversports for this data processing. We pass on your data to the following recipients or categories of recipients:

- Communication tools for customer communication

- Software provider for processing bookings, administration of products

and/or cash register

- External hosting providers for data storage

 Your data will be processed within the EU/EEA - at least partly also processed outside the EU/EEA, namely in the USA. The appropriate level of protection results from an adequacy decision of the European Commission according to Art. 45 DSGVO.

5. USE OF NON-COOKIES

In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your end device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after closing your browser (so-called session cookies). By ticking the box when booking online with Eversports, the user confirms that he/she has read the Lénok Yoga Privacy Policy. When booking on site, the user confirms that he/she has read the Lénok Yoga Privacy Policy by signing the Privacy Policy on site. The user acknowledges that the information provided in point 2.2 personal data may be used for the purposes mentioned in point 3.1.
